I LOVE THIS SONG!!!! ^_^ It makes me so happy!

Singing in the sunshine, laughing in the rain
Hitting on the moonshine, rocking in the grain
Got no time to pack my bags, my foots outside the door
Got a date, I can’t be late, for the high hopes hailla ball.

Singing to an ocean, I can hear the ocean’s roar
Play for free, play for me and play a whole lot more, more!
Singing about good things and the sun that lights the day
I used to sing on the mountains, has the ocean lost it’s way.

Sitting round singing songs ‘til the night turns into day
Used to sing on the mountains but the mountains washed away
Now I’m singing all my songs to the girl who won my heart
She is only three years old and it’s a real fine way to start.

Love. This. Song.

I hope you dance.

I hope you dance.

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.

Even though the bus rides gave me a backache for weeks and it was too cold to bathe, or even walk barefoot in the room - it was the best time in a long time.
I miss Nepal. I miss waking up to the Himalayas. I miss breakfast on the rooftop. I miss beer by the lake. I miss holding hands and kissing and laughing and reggae music by the fire. I miss him. I miss being on the road.

Song for today. Amazing. <3

In me, in you
Orphans, kingdoms
Wide eyes and paper crowns
Time will hold us,
Time eroders
We’re wrinkling chilling out

We are wondering where the wild wind blows
We are happy here ‘cause the wild wind knows
What we are
Orphans, kingdoms

In me, in you
Things explorers
Named with codes of arms
A world inside us
A feast, a harvest
Each of us slum a star

We are wondering where the wild wind blows
We are happy here ‘cause the wild wind knows
What we are
Orphans, kingdoms

Eat and drink, for tomorrow we die
We will look our waker in the eye
Raise a flag and then drink to your health
Who is he that can comfort himself?

We are wondering where the wild wind blows
We are happy here ‘cause the wild wind knows
What we are
Orphans, kingdoms

Deep. Sigh.

Deep. Sigh.

You are missed, Amy. <3
